You can install all prerequisites manually by downloading them one by one, but
!!! do not install AppFabric manually !!!
Download it, save somewhere on a hard drive and run command:

cmd > ./prerequisiteinstaller.exe /appFabric:<pathToAppBabricInstaller.exe> |
Reboot computer then and continue SharePoint installation.
